the sparkling Gulf of Mexico on the west,

and the lively inter-coastal waterway on the

east, our building has 51 apartments. We're

small enough to be friendly and personal, yet

large enough for our on-site office and staff.

Situated on the quiet beach community of Indian

Rocks Beach, we are half-way between Clearwater

and St. Pete's Beach, only twenty minutes from

Clearwater airport and forty minutes from Tampa.

Walk to restaurants and shops, or laze in our

private heated pool next to the beach. There is

also bus service from the door to the malls.

Disney World is about two hours away and all

other attractions easily accessible.
