Rental Office Onsite
Should you have any questions during your stay, just stop in to our office located at the entrance of the property. Our friendly and knowledgeable staff can help you find a nearby restaurant, grocery stores, recommend local activities, or assist you with any issues you may have with your accommodations.
There is an elevator located in the center of the building that provides easy access to the second and third floors. In the event of an emergency guests must exit the building by the north or south stairways.
Each floor has a laundry room with coin-operated washers and dryers for your convenience. Laundry products are available for purchase on the first floor. The laundry rooms are open daily between 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Patio / Swimming Pool
For your convenience there are chaise lounge chairs across the entire patio area along with tables and umbrellas.
Beach side barbecue grills are located at the north and south ends of the patio.
For information on connecting your devices, check with the Rental Office upon arrival.
Rules & Regulations
Failure to comply with rental rules and regulations may result in eviction and the forfeiture of all rents.
A guest must be 25 years of age to rent a unit. Proof of age is required at time of check-in. The primary registered guest is required to be the occupant of the unit (condo) at all times. No one under 18 years of age may be left in a unit or on the property without a parent or responsible adult. There is no underage drinking in any of our units, or anywhere else on our property. There is no use of illegal drugs in any of our units, or anywhere else on the property. We are required by law to report such offenses.
Upon Checking in:
Please inspect your unit carefully and report any cleaning or maintenance issues immediately to the rental office management.
Our units are individually owned and furnished. Please do not rearrange the furniture, take any items outside that are part of the interior décor, or move any furnishings or kitchen items to another unit. Each unit is equipped with a hot water leak detector. Please notify the rental office management if the alarm sounds.
Parking is for paying guests only with one space allocated per unit. Vehicles not parked in assigned location will be towed at the owner’s expense. There is additional parking across the street.
Guests will need to provide their own paper items and cleaning supplies. An initial set-up of trash liners, bathroom paper, and soap is provided. Extra items needed are the responsibility of the guests. Use the garbage disposal for food scraps only not for trash. Please do not allow trash to remain in the unit for any length of time. Trash and recyclables can be disposed of at the north east corner of the parking lot.
Linens and bath towels are included but will not be cleaned during your stay by our cleaning service. There is a laundry room on each floor next to the elevator. Change may be obtained in the rental office. Drying racks have been provided on each unit patio. Hanging towels or clothing on your balcony railing is not permitted.
The Common Patio:
The pool opens at 9:00 AM and closes at 10:00 PM. The common patio closes at 11:00 PM. The common patio furniture, e.g. chairs and lounges, should not be taken to the beach or apartments. Do not throw items such as cigarette butts, ashes and/or food from balconies.Please use plastic, aluminum or paper products only on the common patio area. Glassware, bottles or dishes are not permitted in the pool or on the common patio area.
We are very serious about maintaining a family atmosphere for the quiet enjoyment of all guests. Our guests will greatly appreciate your efforts to keep noise to a minimum. This includes minors running through the hallways. Loud audio equipment is not permitted in units, on unit balconies or on the common patio. Absolutely no house parties allowed. Do not hesitate to notify the rental office management if another guest is violating the rule.
Smoking is not permitted in any unit but is on the common patio. Please use receptacles on the patio to dispose of properly. Smoking in a unit will result in a fine of $250 and charged to the credit card on file.
Rental Terms & Conditions
By booking a reservation with the Fifty Gulfside Condominiums Inc., you are stating that you have fully read, understand, and agree to the Fifty Gulfside Rental Terms and Conditions.
- Minimum rental period is five (5) nights.
Rental of 4 weeks or more qualifies for a 10% discount.
- We guarantee the type of condominium you reserve but, due to maintenance problems or other unforeseen situations such as construction, do not guarantee the specific unit number or floor.
- A guest must be 25 years of age to rent a unit. Proof of age is required. The primary registered guest is required to be the occupant of the unit (condo) at all times. Rates and fees are subject to change without notice.
- Rental prices are subject to taxes of 13%.
- Rates are based on occupancy.
1 bedroom – 2 persons
2 bedrooms – 4 persons
3 bedrooms – 6 persons
- A cleaning fee will be charged on all reservations regardless of the number of nights reserved.
Cleaning fees vary depending on the size of the unit.
- A unit will not be rented to a party whose size exceeds maximum occupancy for a specified unit without the permission of the property management. Additional authorized persons rate is $15 per night or $75 per week.
- Check-in time is 4 P.M. or later on the first day of Rental period.
Check-out time is 10 A.M. or earlier the last day of the Rental Period
*Check in and out times must be adhered to in order to allow enough time for a thorough cleaning. We do not have the facilities to assist guests with an early arrival.
- We offer a late check out for $75.00 for up to 4 hours based on availability of your unit. The rental office must receive your request 24 hrs. in advance of your departure date.
Late checks outs are not available during high season.
- No refunds for early departures or late arrivals.
- Each unit is guaranteed ONE parking space per unit. All vehicles on the property must display a parking pass on the rear-view mirror with the reservation number facing the windshield. Unauthorized vehicles are subject to towing at the owner’s expense. Boats, trailers, golf carts, jet skis or any other recreational vehicles are not permitted on property.
- Absolutely no pets allowed on the premises.
A $250.00 advanced payment is due at the time of booking your reservation. This amount will be applied to the total due.
Full payment for a rental is due 60 days prior to arrival date.
We will automatically withdraw the remaining balance from your credit card on file unless you have already made the payment.
MasterCard, Discover and VISA are accepted. When paying by check for a rental, checks must be received 60 days before arrival. A fee of $35.00 will be charged for all returned checks.
We do not accept cash or echecks.
Advanced payment is refundable if the reservation is cancelled at least 60 days, in writing, prior to arrival date and is subject to a $40 cancelation fee.
Full payment is not refundable for any cancellation 59 days or less.
As a part of your stay, you may purchase a Vacation Rental Damage Protection plan designed to cover unintentional damages to the rental unit interior that occur during your stay provided they are disclosed to management prior to check-out. If purchased, the policy will pay a maximum benefit of $1,500.00. Any damages that exceed $1,500.00 or are not covered under the plan will be charged to the credit card on file. If, during your stay at one of our rental properties, an insured person causes any damage to real or personal property of the unit as a result of inadvertent acts or omissions, the Insurer will reimburse the Insured for the cost of repair or replacement of such property up to a maximum benefit of $1,500.00. Certain terms and conditions apply. Full details of the Vacation Rental Damage coverage are contained in the Description of Coverage or Insurance Policy here: www.vacationrentalinsurance.com/g20vrd. The Vacation Rental Damage can be purchased up to, and including at, check-in for a cost of $30.00. By submitting payment for this plan, you authorize and request CSA Travel Protection and Insurance Services to pay directly Fifty Gulfside Condominiums Inc. any amount payable under the terms and conditions of the Vacation Rental Damage. Please contact Fifty Gulfside Condominiums Inc. directly if you do not wish to participate in this assignment. This option is not available to guests from Hawaii or New York.
If you do not wish to purchase the Vacation Rental Damage Protection plan, then a fully refundable $500 security deposit will be required at the time of check-in. Please keep in mind that if any damages were to occur, then it will get deducted from the $500 security deposit and any remaining funds will be refunded. Otherwise, it will get refunded within 30 days of your departure.
Upon inspection, your credit card will be charged accordingly if additional cleaning time and/or a deep clean are required. In order to avoid such charges it is the guest responsibility to see that the unit is left clean upon departure.
CSA Travel Protection
Vacation Rental Insurance has been made available with your reservation. Vacation Rental Insurance provides coverage for prepaid, nonrefundable expenses due to certain unforeseeable circumstances that may jeopardize your vacation investment and force you to incur unplanned expenses. We strongly recommend you purchase this valuable protection. Separate terms and conditions apply, read your Description of Coverage/Policy carefully and contact CSA at (866) 999-4018 with coverage questions. Guests who select this option have 10 days to cancel and receive a refund. No refunds after 10 days.

This insurance is not available to residents of Hawaii or New York.
Guests interested in re-booking the same unit for the following year may do so during your stay prior to your check out at 10 a.m. In the event you want to change units, you may do so following the 10 a.m. check out.
The Renter agrees that Fifty Gulfside Condominiums Inc. shall not be liable to Renter, Renter’s guests, invitees or any other person for any injury, loss or damage to any person or property on or about the rental premises. Renter shall hold Fifty Gulfside Condominiums Inc. harmless and indemnified from and against all loss or damage occasioned by use, misuses or abuse of any part of or fixture on the premises, surrounding areas and from or against any omission, neglect, or default of the Renter, his/her guests or invitees. The Renter acknowledges that Fifty Gulfside Condominiums Inc. acting solely in the capacity of Agent for the property owner assumes no liability thereunder.
