Fifty Gulfside Condominiums Inc. consist of 52 units contained within a three story building. Units on the west side overlook the Gulf of Mexico and the pool / patio area. Units on the east side overlook the intercostal waterway and provide a sight of local boat traffic along with cooling shade from the sun in the afternoon. All unit entry doors are located inside the building. Second and third floor units are easily accessible by a central elevator. Ground floor units on the east side can be accessed directly from your car.
Our condominiums are individually owned and decorated to the owner’s taste, so each unit is unique. Each unit comes with a fully equipped kitchen along with linens, towels, cable TV, central AC, patio furniture, drying rack and other basic amenities. Each unit comes with a patio or balcony. Select units have dedicated Wi-Fi access.
Fifty Gulfside Condominiums Inc. is located approximately twenty minutes from St. Pete – Clearwater International Airport and forty minutes from Tampa International Airport. Disney World is about two hours away and other attractions are easily accessible. Guests can walk to local restaurants and shops, or access the local bus service to their chosen destinations.
The complex is professionally managed and staffed, the Fifty Gulfside Condominiums team is on the property. We provide property management, front-desk services, maintenance, and housekeeping all on-site.
