Fifty Gulfside is currently still undergoing reconstruction on the ground floor due to damages sustained from Hurricanes Helene and Milton. While we are excited to welcome guests back, we want to make you aware of ongoing conditions at the property.
* The pool and patio have OPENED. There will be intermittent shut downs of the pool for brief periods while adjacent patios are being worked on after July 11th
* The elevator has been rebuilt and is WORKING, we are only waiting for the paneling and floors to finish it off
* Guests may experience construction noise Monday through Friday between 9 AM and 5 PM, and certain areas of the property may be temporarily blocked off
* All guests are required to sign a liability waiver prior to occupying their unit
